  1. Blend tomatoes and presoaked cashews in a blender into fine paste..You can add ginger garlic also at this stage too
  2. In a wok heat the required amount of butter
  3. Add bay leaves cinnamon n cardamom n allow it to infuse in aroma in the butter.
  4. Now add tomato paste and sauce for 5 minutes
  5. Add all the spices
  6. Add cream n stir it constantly.
  7. Add salt n stir it...now add paneer cubes and allow it to simmer for sometimes..
  8. You can adjust the consistency by adding little water...
