  18. Top with second cake layer, bottom uo
  19. Cover with coffee filling
  20. Top with third cake layer, bottom up
  21. Cover with cocoa filling
  22. Top with last cake layer, bottom up
  23. Frost entire cake with remaining frosting
  24. Sprinkle with the sweetened cocoa powder, garnish with strawberries
